Once you have decided the type of house that you want, the purchase process begins choosing the best possible zone.

In the selection criteria there influence two fundamental factors: the surroundings and the economic possibilities. The election will be motivated generally by our relations. Possibly we want to live in the district in which we were born, where our parents live, our friends or our fellow workers. These are the cases where it is more difficult to be mistaken.

In other assumptions the election will be given by the social valuation of the zone, or simply because you like it. It is especially important to value if "you fit" in that atmosphere, if the zone has the services that are more necessary to you (transport, schools, commerce, etc.) and if your economic capacity allows it.
